An investigator Nana Saeki sneaks into a hideout of a Middle Eastern terrorist group. It's developed biological weapons. In front of Saeki is an egg-shaped creature that kills people by looping its huge tongue around them. It's preyed on the terrorists and now draws Saeki into itself, looping its tongue around her. She manages to escape by firing shots. But the creature runs after her and ends up swallowing her whole body. Even so, Saeki tries to escape, moving her body in sticky fluid and manages to get out with her colleagues' help. However, there seems to be no move in the special unit that is supposed to stand by outside and Saeki is on the ropes facing a newly-emerged enormous leech. Saeki is wrapped with its tentacles and is being swallowed. The tentacles also rip out her underwear and stockings and she ends up being absorbed into the body of the huge leech.
